1-on-1 Sessions
Private sessions can be held via Zoom or in person. In-person work takes place in Hamburg Eppendorf, depending on room availability. Our time together will be between 90 to 120 minutes and can be held in either English or German. I’m happy to offer a 15-minute discovery call free of charge to answer any questions you may have. Group Events
My partner Dr. Stefanie Horgos of Miracle of Breath and I offer breathwork ceremonies at the beautiful Kirche der Stille in Hamburg Altona.
We are receiving a beautiful resonance in Hamburg in response to our Clarity Breathwork events. Our 2-hour breathwork ceremonies movement, meditation, community, and of course conscious, connected breath.
